⚡¿Qué desafíos te esperan?

  • Brindar atención en los canales de chat y portal de autogestión.
  • Gestionar con los SLA´s definidos para la atención digital.Registrar los casos recibidos por las diferentes vías en las herramientas designadas.
  • Brindar soporte técnico y gestionar solicitudes e incidentes según procedimientos, bases de conocimiento y el alcance de servicio.
  • Dar seguimiento y control de los tickets asignados.
  • Gestionar Alta, Baja y Modificaciones de usuarios.
  • Notificar las interrupciones que afecten al servicio.
  • Velar por la continuidad del servicio y notificar al referente en caso de interrupciones en la operativa.
  • Asegurar la cobertura del servicio ante ausencias e imponderables.
  • Colaborar en la actualización de las BDCs existentes y en la generación de las nuevas.

  • Conocimiento básico de herramientas de Windows. (Excluyente)
