¿Que tareas te esperan?

  • Ejecución de procesos de selección End to End, incluyendo el relevamiento inicial con referentes técnicos in house. Es indispensable la participación activa desde la definición del perfil hasta el cierre del proceso.
  • Selección de perfiles IT técnicos (Microinformática, Infraestructura, Networking, Mesa de Ayuda y/o Ciberseguridad, etc), con experiencia específica en búsquedas in house para áreas tecnológicas.
  • Relevamiento de perfiles, seguimiento y construcción de Base Pasivo de candidatos potencias.
  • Gestión de procesos de selección dentro de empresas con base tecnológica, trabajando directamente con equipos internos.

¿Que esperamos de vos?

  • Experiencia dentro del rubro IT (Minimo 1 año)
  • Proactividad, creatividad e iniciativa para gestionar los procesos
  • Conocimiento de ATS
  • Ganas de incorporarte a una empresa en constante crecimiento con un enfoque en las personas y el talento!
