Onze klant is een zelfstandig bankkantoor met een hecht team van een viertal medewerkers. Binnen het kantoor wordt sterk ingezet op samenwerking, open communicatie en collectieve doelstellingen.

De focus ligt op het begeleiden van klanten op lange termijn, met bijzondere aandacht voor beleggingen en vermogensopbouw. Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar transparantie centraal staat en waar regelmatig overlegmomenten plaatsvinden om samen doelstellingen en prioriteiten te bepalen.

Door de beperkte grootte van het team krijg je als medewerker een grote verantwoordelijkheid en de kans om impact te hebben op de verdere uitbouw van de klantenportefeuille.

Jobomschrijving

  • Adviseren van klanten rond beleggingen, vermogensopbouw en -overdracht
  • Begeleiden van dossiers rond nalatenschap en successieplanning
  • Actief benaderen van klanten via leads en bestaande lijsten
  • Opvolgen en uitbouwen van een eigen klantenportefeuille
  • Adviseren rond levensverzekeringen (tak 21 en tak 23, schuldsaldo)
  • Basisadvies geven rond BOAR-verzekeringen in het kader van totaaladvies
  • Voeren van 360°-gesprekken met klanten, in samenwerking met collega’s
  • Overnemen van dossiers van vermogende klanten bij afwezigheid van de kantoorhouder
  • Werken met bancaire fondsen, aangevuld met obligaties en ETF’s
  • Eerste ervaring binnen beleggingen is een must
  • Je bent vertrouwd met investeringsproducten en klantadvies
  • PCP-attest is vereist
  • Je bent proactief en neemt initiatief in klantenopvolging
  • Je communiceert vlot en kan complexe materie helder uitleggen
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en punctueel
  • Je bent een teamplayer die open communiceert
  • Je hebt een rustige, professionele uitstraling en kan omgaan met vermogende klanten
  • Je bent flexibel en denkt op lange termijn
