Je komt terecht in een zelfstandig bankkantoor met een sterke lokale verankering en een persoonlijke aanpak. Het kantoor begeleidt klanten bij verschillende financiële vraagstukken, waaronder beleggingen, kredieten en verzekeringen. Daarbij staan langdurige klantenrelaties en advies op maat centraal.

Binnen het kleine team zijn de communicatielijnen kort en is samenwerking belangrijk. Collega's overleggen regelmatig, delen kennis en ondersteunen elkaar waar nodig. Je krijgt de kans om initiatief te nemen, je commerciële vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen en mee te bouwen aan de groei van het kantoor.

Jobomschrijving

Als adviseur beleggingen en verzekeringen ligt je belangrijkste focus op het begeleiden van klanten bij hun beleggingskeuzes en het verder uitbouwen van hun portefeuille. Daarnaast ondersteun je klanten bij verzekeringsvragen en andere financiële behoeften.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Je adviseert klanten over beleggingen en helpt hen oplossingen te vinden die aansluiten bij hun financiële situatie en doelstellingen.
  • Je volgt bestaande beleggingsportefeuilles op en detecteert opportuniteiten om deze verder uit te bouwen of te optimaliseren.
  • Je neemt proactief contact op met klanten om hun financiële behoeften te bespreken en mogelijke opportuniteiten in kaart te brengen.
  • Je gaat actief op zoek naar commerciële mogelijkheden binnen de bestaande klantenportefeuille.
  • Je adviseert klanten ook over verzekeringsoplossingen en staat open voor verschillende proposities binnen het kantoor.
  • Je ondersteunt waar nodig bij kredietdossiers en andere financiële vragen, waarbij de nadruk in eerste instantie op beleggingen en verzekeringen ligt.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's om klanten een zo volledig mogelijke dienstverlening te bieden.
  • Je draagt bij aan de commerciële doelstellingen van het kantoor en denkt mee over de verdere groei van de klantenportefeuille.

Voor deze functie zoeken we vooral iemand met de juiste commerciële ingesteldheid, maturiteit en motivatie. Je hoeft niet noodzakelijk al ervaring te hebben binnen een bankkantoor, maar een eerste relevante werkervaring is wel een pluspunt.

  • Je beschikt over een relevante financiële opleiding of hebt een gelijkwaardige achtergrond door ervaring.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur al een eerste professionele ervaring opgedaan, bijvoorbeeld binnen de banksector, verzekeringen of een andere klantgerichte financiële functie.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in beleggingen en bent bereid om je kennis verder uit te bouwen.
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en durft zelf initiatief te nemen om klanten te contacteren en opportuniteiten te bespreken.
  • Je staat open voor verschillende financiële producten en denkt mee over oplossingen die aansluiten bij de behoeften van de klant.
  • Je bent voldoende matuur om verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen en zelfstandig aan de slag te gaan.
  • Je bent gemotiveerd, leergierig en hebt de drive om jezelf en het kantoor verder te ontwikkelen.
  • Je werkt graag samen met collega's en begrijpt dat commerciële resultaten het gevolg zijn van een gezamenlijke inspanning.
  • Je communiceert vlot en klantgericht en bouwt graag duurzame klantenrelaties op.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en volgt gemaakte afspraken en dossiers correct op.
