Onze klant is een zelfstandig bankkantoor met een hecht team waar samenwerking en open communicatie centraal staan. Binnen het kantoor wordt sterk ingezet op begeleiding en kennisdeling, waardoor junior profielen de kans krijgen om zich stap voor stap te ontwikkelen.

De focus ligt op langetermijnrelaties met klanten, waarbij beleggingen een belangrijke pijler vormen. Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar je kan groeien, verantwoordelijkheid kan opnemen en op termijn kan doorgroeien naar een volwaardige adviesrol.

Bij CTRL-F Finance creëren we dagelijks verbindingen tussen financiële professionals en uitdagende functies in diverse sectoren. Ons uitgebreide netwerk omvat kantoren, bedrijven en bovenal talentvolle individuen. Onze aanpak is zowel professioneel als persoonlijk, volledig gericht op de kandidaat.

Jobomschrijving

  • Adviseren van klanten rond basisbeleggingen (pensioensparen, fiscaal sparen, kleine investeringen)
  • Ondersteunen bij het beheer en de opvolging van klantenportefeuilles
  • Opvolgen van leads en klantencontacten (telefonisch en op kantoor)
  • Meewerken aan commerciële acties en klantenbenadering
  • Ondersteunen van senior collega’s bij complexere dossiers
  • Stap voor stap doorgroeien naar een volwaardige invest-adviseur

Je start met kleinere dossiers en groeit richting meer complexe klanten

  • Eerste ervaring binnen bank of verzekeringen is een plus
  • PCP-attest is een sterke troef (bij voorkeur reeds behaald)
  • Sterke interesse in beleggingen en financiële producten
  • Je bent leergierig en wil jezelf ontwikkelen
  • Je bent communicatief en klantgericht
  • Je durft initiatief nemen en bent proactief
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en nauwkeurig
  • Teamplayer met open communicatie
