Onze klant is een onderdeel van een grotere groep. Deze specifieke business ondersteunt chemische productiebedrijven bij het veilig en betrouwbaar operationeel houden van hun productie-installatie . Dit via technisch onderhoud, E&I, engineering en optimalisatieprojecten. De focus in de rol als contract manager zal liggen in het beheer en de verder uitbouw van E&I onderhoudscontracten binnen de bestaande industriële klantenportefeuille aangevuld met nieuwe contracten via inkomende leads.

Jobomschrijving

Ben je gepassioneerd door contractbeheer en wil je een sleutelrol vervullen in een dynamische industriële omgeving? Als Contract Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en de verdere uitbouw van E&I-onderhoudscontracten. Je focus ligt op het realiseren van sterke kwalitatieve en financiële resultaten. Hierin ben je niet alleen een bruggenbouwer tussen klant en projectteam, maar draag je ook bij aan klantentevredenheid en de strategische resultaten van de business unit.

Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Contract- en resultaatmanagement: Bewaken van de technische en financiële voortgang, organiseren van contract kick-offs en reviews, optimaliseren van prestaties en voeren van rendabele onderhandelingen.
  • Duurzame klantrelaties: Analyseren van klantbehoeften, detecteren van opportuniteiten en onderhandelen van contracten en raamovereenkomsten.
  • Teamcoördinatie: Motiveren en sturen van teams gedurende de gehele contractlooptijd, met duidelijke communicatie en conflictmanagement.
  • HSEQ-normen: Waarborgen van veiligheid, kwaliteit en efficiëntie door optimale inzet van middelen en samenwerking met ondersteunende diensten.
  • Financieel beheer: Nagaan van kosten, marges, facturatie, risico’s en claims met oog op gezonde financiële resultaten.

Je werkt nauw samen met interne stakeholders zoals HR, Finance, Legal, Sourcing, Logistics en Quality & Safety, en wordt een cruciale schakel in het realiseren van topprestaties binnen jouw verantwoordelijkheidsgebied. Je uitvalsbasis is Zwijndrecht, maar je bezoekt regelmatig klanten.

Om succesvol te zijn in deze rol breng je een perfect evenwicht tussen analytische vaardigheden, commercieel inzicht en interpersoonlijke competenties mee. Jij bent een sterke communicator die klantgerichtheid hoog in het vaandel draagt en met een strategisch oog naar verbeterpunten kijkt. Verder vragen wij:

  • Ervaring: Minimaal 5-10 jaar in contract- en projectmanagement binnen een technische of industriële setting, bij voorkeur in E&I of elektriciteit.
  • Financieel inzicht: Begrip van kosten, marges, cashflow, facturatie en claims.
  • Contractonderhandelingen: Vaardigheid in commercieel beheer en onderhandelen van contracten en raamovereenkomsten.
  • Technische kennis: Vertrouwd met HSEQ-voorschriften en normen.
  • Kennis van tools: Ervaring met ERP-systemen zoals SAP en rapportagetools zoals BI.
  • Taalvaardigheid: Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels; kennis van Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Competenties: Resultaatgericht, klantgericht, analytisch, besluitvaardig en stressbestendig.
