The posting

Cijfers kloppen pas écht als het hele proces klopt.

Als Facturatiemedewerker zorg jij ervoor dat orders, facturen en administratie naadloos op elkaar aansluiten. Je zit op het kruispunt van sales, logistiek en finance en zorgt dat alles vlot en correct verloopt.

Je houdt overzicht. Je ziet fouten vóór ze problemen worden. En je zorgt dat klanten duidelijkheid krijgen.

Takenpakket

  • Verwerken en opvolgen van klantorders in het ERP-systeem
  • Controleren van prijzen, voorwaarden en ordergegevens
  • Opstellen en verzenden van verkoopfacturen
  • Opmaken van creditnota’s en opvolgen van contractuele facturatie
  • Controleren van leveringsdocumenten en afstemmen met logistiek
  • Beheren en updaten van klantgegevens en prijsafspraken
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor klanten bij administratieve vragen
  • Samenwerken met interne teams rond planning, levering en facturatie
  • Opstellen en beheren van commerciële documenten en rapporteringen
  • Meewerken aan procesoptimalisatie en bewaken van datakwaliteit

We zoeken iemand die structuur brengt in cijfers én processen, en die energie haalt uit correcte opvolging.

Je herkent jezelf (grotendeels) in het volgende:

  • Opleiding binnen boekhouding, economie of relevante ervaring
  • Ervaring in facturatie of verkoopsadministratie is een plus
  • Goede kennis van btw-regels en administratieve processen
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail
  • Je houdt het hoofd koel bij deadlines
  • Je communiceert vlot en klantgericht
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en stelt makkelijk prioriteiten
  • Je werkt graag samen en denkt oplossingsgericht
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen is een troef
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands, met goede basis Frans en Engels
