The posting

  • Als Maintenance Manager word je het technische aanspreekpunt voor een geavanceerde productieomgeving in Riemst, waar mechanica, elektrotechniek, automatisering en procesinstallaties samenkomen.
  • Complexe storingen op geautomatiseerde productielijnen analyseer je zelfstandig en grondig. Je zoekt niet alleen een tijdelijke oplossing, maar werkt terugkerende problemen structureel weg.
  • De technische werking van machines, sensoren, servosystemen, frequentieregelaars, PLC-besturingen en industriële netwerken doorgrond je om betrouwbaarheid, precisie en beschikbaarheid te verhogen.
  • Je bewaakt de samenhang tussen productie-installaties, industriële koeltechniek, elektrische infrastructuur, energievoorziening, perslucht, water, procesbesturing en gebouwgebonden technieken.
  • Verbeterprojecten vertaal je naar concrete resultaten: minder stilstanden, een efficiënter productieproces, hogere machinebeschikbaarheid en een constante productkwaliteit.
  • Bij nieuwe investeringen, technische aanpassingen en interventies van gespecialiseerde leveranciers breng je inhoudelijke expertise in en beoordeel je oplossingen op haalbaarheid, veiligheid en langetermijnwaarde.
  • Je werkt vanuit een vroege startregeling van ongeveer 5.30 tot 14.00 uur. Wanneer de technische bezetting uitbreidt, kan de planning wijzigen; een alternatief uurrooster van ongeveer 8.00 tot 17.00 uur is eveneens mogelijk.
  • Je brengt meer dan tien jaar ervaring mee met complexe industriële machines, productie-installaties of technische infrastructuur. Een achtergrond in hoogtechnologische productie, machinebouw, voedingsindustrie of commissioning is een sterke troef.
  • Mechanica en elektrotechniek beheers je op een uitzonderlijk sterk praktisch niveau, aangevuld met diepgaande kennis van industriële automatisering, PLC-besturingen en aandrijftechniek.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig storingen diagnosticeren waarbij mechanica, elektronica, software en productieprocessen elkaar beïnvloeden. Die analytische aanpak is essentieel om oorzaken te vinden in plaats van symptomen te bestrijden.
  • Een diploma is niet doorslaggevend: aantoonbare technische expertise, nauwkeurigheid en het vermogen om oplossingen in de praktijk te realiseren wegen zwaarder dan een functietitel.
  • Je communiceert helder met collega’s, leveranciers en technische partners. Nieuwsgierigheid, eigenaarschap en de bereidheid om kennis te delen helpen je om ook op lange termijn technische verbeteringen te verankeren.
