Jobomschrijving

Ben jij een ervaren technisch leidinggevende die mensen, techniek en continue verbetering weet te verbinden? Als Maintenance Manager neem je de verantwoordelijkheid over de volledige technische organisatie van de productiesite. Je zorgt ervoor dat installaties veilig, betrouwbaar en efficiënt functioneren en bouwt mee aan een sterke onderhoudsorganisatie die klaar is voor de toekomst.

  • Leiding geven aan de technische afdeling, waaronder onderhoud, automatisering, utilities en werkvoorbereiding
  • Ontwikkelen en implementeren van de technische visie en onderhoudsstrategie van de site
  • Verhogen van de betrouwbaarheid en beschikbaarheid van installaties en productiemiddelen
  • Opvolgen van technische prestaties aan de hand van KPI's zoals beschikbaarheid, stilstanden en onderhoudskosten
  • Initiëren en realiseren van technische verbeter- en investeringsprojecten
  • Uitwerken van oplossingen die bijdragen aan een efficiënte en toekomstgerichte productieomgeving
  • Bewaken van de naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften, technische normen en wettelijke verplichtingen
  • Coachen, begeleiden en ontwikkelen van technische medewerkers
  • Stimuleren van een cultuur van eigenaarschap, samenwerking en continue verbetering
  • Vertalen van bedrijfsdoelstellingen naar concrete technische prioriteiten en resultaten
  • Nauw samenwerken met andere afdelingen om de prestaties van de site verder te optimaliseren
  • Actief bijdragen aan het Plant Management Team
  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische richting, zoals elektromechanica, werktuigbouwkunde of industriële wetenschappen
  • Minstens 8 jaar ervaring binnen een industriële productieomgeving
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende technische functie
  • Ervaring met onderhoudsmanagement, reliability engineering en asset management
  • Kennis van methodieken zoals TPM, RCA en FMEA
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen en een gestructureerde aanpak
  • Uitstekende organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Ervaring met het begeleiden en ontwikkelen van medewerkers
  • Vermogen om strategie te vertalen naar concrete acties op de werkvloer
  • Sterke focus op veiligheid, kwaliteit en continue verbetering
