The posting

Als Preventieadviseur ben je het vaste aanspreekpunt voor alles wat te maken heeft met veiligheid, gezondheid en milieu binnen twee West‑Vlaamse vestigingen. Je combineert analyse met actie en zit regelmatig tussen de mensen in atelier en op werf. Concreet betekent dat:

  • Coördineren tussen externe preventiedienst, directie en medewerkers.
  • Opvolgen en realiseren van het Globaal Actieplan en Jaaractieplan.
  • Opstellen, actualiseren en toepassen van procedures, risicoanalyses, instructies en maandrapporten.
  • Detecteren van risico’s in productie en op werven, metingen uitvoeren en oplossingen uitwerken samen met projectleiding en aankoop.
  • Organiseren van toolboxmeetings en opleidingen die aansluiten bij de realiteit op de vloer.
  • Analyseren van incidenten en ongevallen en vertalen naar preventieve maatregelen.
  • Toezien op wettelijke verplichtingen en periodieke keuringen.

Je werkt niet vanop afstand: als veiligheidsadviseur of HSE-adviseur ben je zichtbaar aanwezig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid tot het opgelost is.

Wat hier echt nodig is:

  • Een hogere technische opleiding, aangevuld met een diploma preventieadviseur niveau 2 (minimum).
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een technische productieomgeving zoals prefab, beton, wapeningen of bouwgerelateerde industrie.
  • Vlotte kennis van het Nederlands; Frans is een meerwaarde.

Daarnaast pas je hier omdat je:

  • Praktisch denkt: je ziet een probleem, bespreekt het met de juiste mensen en zet het om in haalbare acties.
  • Duidelijk communiceert: je legt veiligheidsmaatregelen uit op een manier die medewerkers begrijpen en volgen.
  • Standvastig bent: je durft keuzes verdedigen richting productie en directie wanneer veiligheid dat vraagt.
