1. Je draagt actief bij aan een positieve veiligheidscultuur waarin preventie een gedeelde verantwoordelijkheid is.

  • je fungeert als eerste aanspreekpunt voor vragen rond veiligheid, welzijn en preventie
  • je bent zichtbaar en regelmatig aanwezig op de werkvloer en voert de nodige veiligheidscontroles uit
  • je organiseert sensibiliseringsacties en geeft opleidingen die medewerkers versterken in welzijn en preventie
  • je coacht medewerkers en leidinggevenden rond veilig en gezond werken

2. Je staat in voor risicobeheer, incidentopvolging en continue verbetering op vlak van welzijn en veiligheid.

  • je bent verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren en opvolgen van risicoanalyses
  • je onderzoekt arbeidsongevallen, bijna-ongevallen en veiligheidsincidenten en vertaalt deze in haalbare actiepunten
  • je formuleert concrete preventiemaatregelen, ziet toe op de uitvoering ervan en staat in voor de opmaak van het Globaal Preventieplan en het Jaarlijks Actieplan
  • je rapporteert aan management, comité PBW en HR over risico’s en verbeteracties
  • je werkt samen met de HR-dienst aan beleidsmatige projecten rond welzijn, veiligheid en gezondheid op het werk

3. Je zorgt voor de praktische vertaling van welzijns- en veiligheidswetgeving naar de werkvloer

  • je adviseert de organisatie, haar medewerkers en leidinggevenden over de toepassing van de welzijnswetgeving
  • je vertaalt complexe regelgeving naar werkbare procedures, richtlijnen en afspraken die aansluiten bij de realiteit van de werkvloer, zonder de wettelijke verplichtingen of veiligheidsdoelstellingen uit het oog te verliezen
  • je bent verantwoordelijk voor de uitwerking en actualisatie van risicoanalyses, veiligheidsinstructies en interne reglementen

Voor deze rol zoeken we een collega die:

  • in het bezit is van een bachelor diploma en beschikt over een diploma Preventieadviseur Niveau II (of je bent bezig deze te behalen),
  • een hart heeft voor welzijn en preventie,
  • goed en actief kan samenwerken met interne en externe partners,
  • vlot, professioneel en helder kan communiceren,
  • kalm blijft in uitdagende situaties en snel kan schakelen tussen verschillende opdrachten,
  • leergierig is, levenslang blijft leren en nieuwe inzichten kan vertalen naar de praktijk van een lokaal bestuur.
