Als After-Sales Technical Support Specialist ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten die technische problemen ervaren met telescopische tribunes. Je analyseert meldingen die telefonisch of per e-mail binnenkomen, brengt het probleem in kaart en biedt praktische oplossingen.

Wanneer een herstelling nodig is, verzamel je alle nodige informatie en bezorg je die aan de afdeling Costing & Quotation, zodat snel een correcte offerte kan worden opgesteld. Daarnaast bereid je, in overleg met de Engineering-afdeling, verschillende after-sales opdrachten voor. Zo kunnen techniekers goed voorbereid en met de juiste informatie naar de klant vertrekken.

Je bent bovendien nauw betrokken bij de planning van techniekers en monteurs. Bij technische problemen op locatie fungeer je als eerste aanspreekpunt voor de techniekers. Dankzij je technisch inzicht en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden zorg je ervoor dat zowel klanten als collega’s snel en efficiënt verder kunnen.

Functieomschrijving

  • Je analyseert technische problemen met telescopische tribunes.
  • Je adviseert klanten telefonisch of via e-mail en biedt praktische oplossingen.
  • Je verzamelt en bezorgt de nodige informatie aan de afdeling Costing & Quotation voor het opstellen van offertes voor herstellingen.
  • Je bereidt after-sales opdrachten voor techniekers voor, in samenwerking met de Engineering-afdeling.
  • Je bent actief betrokken bij de planning van monteurs en techniekers.
  • Je fungeert als eerste aanspreekpunt voor monteurs en techniekers bij technische problemen op locatie.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende interne afdelingen om een vlotte en efficiënte service te garanderen.
  • Je hebt een brede technische achtergrond, bijvoorbeeld op het vlak van elektriciteit, mechanica en pneumatica. Je hoeft geen specialist te zijn in elk domein, maar beschikt wel over een sterke technische basis en praktisch inzicht.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van een andere taal is een pluspunt
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
  • Je bent leergierig, gemotiveerd en flexibel.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte ingesteldheid.
