The posting

Als werfleider volg je de dagelijkse werking van één of meerdere projecten op en zorg je ervoor dat alles op de werf vlot georganiseerd en afgestemd verloopt. Je bent daarbij het vaste aanspreekpunt tussen de projectleider, het uitvoerend personeel, onderaannemers en leveranciers. Je werkt steeds met aandacht voor veiligheid, milieu, kwaliteit en een tijdige oplevering.

  • Je bepaalt mee de personeelsnoden op korte en middellange termijn en stemt dit af op de planning van de werf.
  • Je bereidt de werken dagelijks voor en stuurt het uitvoerend werfpersoneel aan.
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met de opdrachtgever, architect en studiedienst en neemt deel aan de werfvergaderingen.
  • Je bewaakt kwaliteit, veiligheid en milieuregels en zorgt ervoor dat deze ook op de werf nageleefd worden.
  • Je controleert de uitgevoerde werken en volgt de voortgang nauwgezet op.
  • Je hebt een bouwkundige opleiding gevolgd op universitair of bachelorniveau.
  • Je kan relevante ervaring voorleggen binnen een gelijkaardige context.
  • Als centraal aanspreekpunt op de werf combineer je een oplossingsgerichte aanpak met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een duidelijke aanwezigheid.
  • Je werkt proactief en hebt een sterke feeling voor plannen, organiseren en kwaliteit.
  • Kennis van de gangbare MS Office-toepassingen en een degelijke basis van Frans en Engels komen goed van pas in je dagelijkse werk.
