The posting

1. Coördinatie en toezicht op de werf

  • Je coördineert civiele en bouwkundige projecten met focus op veiligheid.
  • Je bereidt de werken veilig voor, stelt werkvergunningen op en stemt af met aannemers, de interne opdrachtgever en HSE.
  • Je organiseert kick-off- en toolboxmeetings, plant aannemers en grijpt in bij onveilige situaties.

2. Kwaliteitsbewaking

  • Je controleert de kwaliteit volgens de specificaties, uitvoeringsplannen en bedrijfsstandaarden.
  • Je bouwt vertrouwen op bij het projectteam en de stakeholders.

3. Communicatie en rapportering

  • Je leidt vergaderingen, stelt werfverslagen op en volgt actiepunten op.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de interne opdrachtgever en de onderhouds- en procesteams.
  • Je rapporteert aan de projectmanager en communiceert transparant met alle betrokken partijen.

4. Werfopvolging en administratie

  • Je bewaakt de voortgang van de werven.
  • Je beheert zelfstandig de projectadministratie, waaronder offertes, bestelbonnen, werkvergunningen, vorderingsstaten en kostenstaten.
  • Je organiseert de oplevering en stelt samen met het projectteam het as-built-dossier op.

5. Ondersteuning van het ontwerpproces

  • Je brengt de bestaande werfsituatie in kaart en coördineert voorbereidende werken.
  • Je ondersteunt ontwerpers bij uitvoeringsdetails en neemt deel aan constructability reviews.
  • Je identificeert uitvoeringsrisico's, stelt oplossingen voor en helpt bij de opmaak van aanbestedingsdossiers en de analyse van offertes.

6. Kleine herstellingen en onderhoud

  • Je volgt kleinere herstellings- en onderhoudswerken op en beheert deze.
  • Je hebt minimaal 7 jaar ervaring in de opvolging en uitvoering van civiele en bouwkundige werken of werfactiviteiten.
  • Je hebt ervaring in een industriële omgeving en met brownfieldprojecten.
  • Kennis van en ervaring met industriële staalconstructies is een pluspunt.
  • Kennis van en ervaring met wegenbouw is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt een sterke focus op veiligheid en bent vertrouwd met industriële veiligheidsnormen en de toepasselijke wetgeving.
  • Ervaring binnen een Seveso-geclassificeerd bedrijf is een pluspunt.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig plannen lezen en uitvoeringsplannen interpreteren.
  • Je beheerst MS Office (Excel, Outlook, OneNote en MS Project) goed.
  • Kennis van SAP, SharePoint en tekenprogramma's zoals AutoCAD en 3D-viewers is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent assertief en beschikt over een goed praktisch beoordelingsvermogen.
  • Je rapporteert duidelijk en leidt werfvergaderingen op een efficiënte manier.
  • VCA-VOL (Veiligheid voor Operationeel Leidinggevenden) is verplicht.
  • Een certificaat voor het werken met een hoogwerker (MEWP) is een pluspunt.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.
