Jouw uitdagingen als werfleider

  • De planner: Jij houdt de touwtjes stevig in handen op jouw werf. Van de eerste voorbereiding tot de laatste afwerking: je organiseert, plant en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren. Dankzij jouw gestructureerde aanpak blijft de werf draaien en zit de planning goed!
  • De coördinator: Je volgt de werken dagelijks op en waakt over de kwaliteit van de uitvoering. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor arbeiders en onderaannemers, houdt de vinger aan de pols en grijpt in waar nodig. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles volgens afspraak verloopt.
  • De teamspeler: Een goede werf draait op mensen die elkaar versterken. Jij zorgt voor een positieve sfeer, motiveert je team en weet iedereen mee te krijgen. Samenwerken staat centraal, en een gezonde dosis plezier op de werkvloer? Die hoort er natuurlijk ook bij!
  • De veiligheidsbewaker: Veiligheid komt altijd op de eerste plaats. Jij waakt over je team, ziet erop toe dat de veiligheidsvoorschriften worden nageleefd en spreekt mensen aan waar nodig. Want iedereen moet op het einde van de dag veilig naar huis kunnen.

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Een stevige basis: Je hebt een bachelordiploma in een bouwkundige richting op zak, bijvoorbeeld bouwkunde of toegepaste architectuur. Je hebt de juiste technische bagage en staat te popelen om die in de praktijk om te zetten.
  • Een echte doorzetter: Je bent een go-getter met een duidelijk doel voor ogen. Je houdt van aanpakken, denkt in oplossingen en laat je niet zomaar uit het veld slaan. Je gaat ervoor!
  • Een geboren organisator: Plannen, organiseren, mensen aansturen en initiatief nemen? Dat zit in jouw DNA. Je houdt graag de touwtjes in handen en weet perfect hoe je structuur brengt in de dagelijkse werking.
  • Flexibiliteit zit in je DNA: Geen enkele werf verloopt volgens een vast stramien en dat weet jij maar al te goed. Dankzij jouw aanpassingsvermogen en probleemoplossende mindset speel je vlot in op onverwachte situaties. Het team kan op jou rekenen!
