The posting

Al zo’n 25 jaar bouwt deze gevestigde speler uit Lochristi mee aan de infrastructuur van morgen. De naam dekt de lading eigenlijk niet, want naast grondwerken doen ze ook afbraak, wegenis, riolering, omgevings-, beton-, spoor- en waterbouwwerken. Samen met zusterbedrijf zorgen ze ook voor de recyclage van grond- en bouwafval.

Om hun realisaties mee uit de grond te stampen, zoeken ze een hands-on (m/v/x) Werfleider

Wat ga je doen?

Als Werfleider coördineer je één of meerdere werven binnen jouw expertise in de infrasector. Je zorgt voor een veilige, kwalitatieve en efficiënte uitvoering, van opstart tot oplevering.

• Je stuurt de arbeiders, ploegbazen en onderaannemers aan. Waar nodig steek je ook zelf de handen uit de mouwen.

• Je maakt de planning van collega’s, machines en materialen. Daarnaast bereid je de tweewekenplanning voor de wekelijkse planningsvergadering voor.

• Je staat in voor de veiligheid op de werf en je organiseert toolboxmeetings en werfinspecties. Bij onveilige situaties grijp je in.

• Je controleert de uitvoering volgens plannen, meetstaat en lastenboek. Daarnaast volg je het budget, de meer- en minderwerken en de vorderingsstaten op.

• Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers, studiebureaus, nutsmaatschappijen en bewoners. Je zorgt ook voor een correcte werfadministratie.

Wie ben jij?

• Je beschikt over relevante ervaring als werfleider in de wegenbouw of infrasector en je kan zelfstandig een werf aansturen.

• Je hebt een bouwkundige of technische opleiding op bachelor- of masterniveau gevolgd, of je bent gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.

• Je leest vlot plannen, meetstaten en lastenboeken en je hebt een sterk financieel inzicht in budgetten en vorderingsstaten.

• Je bent een natuurlijke leider die duidelijk communiceert, besluitvaardig is en veiligheid en nauwkeurigheid belangrijk vindt.

• Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en je kan je behelpen in het Frans.
