  • Als Werkvoorbereider HVAC bereid je technische projecten volledig voor, zodat de uitvoering op de werf vlot, veilig en volgens afspraak kan starten.
  • Technische dossiers krijgen dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid de juiste structuur: plannen, schema’s, technische fiches en andere uitvoeringsdocumenten zijn tijdig beschikbaar en inhoudelijk correct.
  • Je analyseert aanbestedingsdossiers met een kritische blik en brengt ontbrekende informatie, technische risico’s, mogelijke optimalisaties en aandachtspunten vroeg in kaart.
  • Vanuit je rol als projectvoorbereider stem je regelmatig af met de projectleider, werfleider, tekenaar en aankoopdienst. Zo blijft iedereen werken met dezelfde informatie.
  • Je vormt de praktische en technische schakel tussen de werf en de interne diensten en helpt vragen snel vertalen naar haalbare oplossingen.
  • Contact met studiebureaus, onderaannemers en opdrachtgevers maakt deel uit van je werk. Je luistert naar hun verwachtingen en vertaalt die naar duidelijke technische afspraken.
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de projectleider en bewaakt mee de voortgang, kwaliteit en volledigheid van de voorbereiding voor uiteenlopende HVAC-installaties.
  • Je werkt mee aan projecten in onder meer drink- en afvalwaterzuivering, gebouwtechnieken en verkeerstechnische installaties, telkens met een zichtbare impact op de uiteindelijke realisatie.
  • Een bachelor- of ingenieursopleiding in elektrotechniek, elektromechanica of een vergelijkbare technische richting vormt een goede basis.
  • Je brengt ongeveer 3 tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring mee in technische werkvoorbereiding, HVAC, elektromechanica, bouwtechnieken of een verwante projectomgeving.
  • Technische plannen, schema’s en dossiers analyseren ligt je goed. Je werkt vlot met MS Office en leert nieuwe systemen of werkwijzen zonder veel omwegen kennen.
  • Heldere communicatie is belangrijk: je brengt informatie correct over aan verschillende gesprekspartners en durft beslissingen te nemen wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt.
  • Je combineert klantgerichtheid en oplossingsgericht denken met een kritische blik. Ook wanneer deadlines naderen, bewaak je de kwaliteit en houd je het overzicht.
