Lees dan snel verder!Voor onze klant, regio Kortrijk, gaan wij op zoek naar een Werkvoorbereider. Het bedrijf is een sterk groeiend familiebedrijf gespecialiseerd in HVAC-installaties, dat zich voornamelijk richt op residentiële projecten in zowel West- als Oost-Vlaanderen. Met een team van ongeveer 100 medewerkers staat het bedrijf bekend om zijn open werksfeer en platte organisatiestructuur. Naast hun inzet voor optimale klantenservice, investeren ze fors in kwaliteitsmaterialen en uitgebreide opleidingskansen voor hun medewerkers.Door de sterke groei gaan ze op zoek naar een werkvoorbereider HVAC die samen met de projectmanagers en monteurs zorgt voor een vlotte uitvoering van projecten.Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je zal plannen opvragen, controleren en de voorbereiding voor uitvoering
  • Opstellen van materiaallijsten, prefabdocumenten en technische fiches
  • Organiseren van materiaalbestellingen en aanvragen voor keuringen
  • Beheren van projectdocumentatie en opstellen van uitvoeringsdossiers voor de monteurs
  • Verrekeningen maken van de keuzes die klanten tijdens het proces maken
  • Opvolgen van orders en deadlines samen met de projectmanager
  • Na afronding van een project een volledig as-built dossier opmaken
  • Aantoonbare ervaring in de HVAC-sector & je genoot een Bachelors- of Masteropleiding in een relevante richting
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden om meerdere projecten tegelijk te beheren
  • Communicatief vaardig en in staat om samen te werken met verschillende teams
  • Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels, Frans is een pluspunt
