We currently have an exciting opportunity within Central Functions - our Central Functions are the teams that support our entire business, providing the expertise, systems and services that keep our operations running smoothly. These departments include HR, Finance, IT, Procurement, and other specialist support functions, all working together to enable business success.

Job Description

Life in this role

As part of our, central functions division, we are looking for a Administrator to join our busy Payroll team on a 2-month fixed-term contract. This role will provide vital administrative support, helping to ensure payroll queries are managed efficiently and employees receive a high level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the central Payroll inbox, responding to and redirecting queries as appropriate.
  • Provide administrative support to the Payroll team.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and employee information.
  • Process payroll-related documentation and correspondence.
  • Liaise with employees and managers to resolve payroll queries.
  • Support the team with general administration and data entry tasks.

Qualifications

About You:

  • Previous administration experience, ideally within a payroll, HR, or finance environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively.
  • Confident communicator with a professional and customer-focused approach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
