Culligan Quench is seeking a Coffee Route Driver in the Indianapolis, IN market.

Are you looking to work for a company that is strong, profitable, and well-positioned in the market? As a Coffee Route Driver for Culligan Quench, you will be an integral part of our team, working directly with our customers. This is a high impact position with base salary and commission opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver coffee consumables to customers along an assigned route
  • Upsell coffee-related products to enhance customer value
  • Clean and maintain coffee equipment and accessories during each customer visit
  • Perform minor repairs and maintenance as needed on company vehicle
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients within your designated territory
  • Maintain accurate par levels of coffee consumables at the branch, including:
  • Conducting regular in-branch inventory counts
  • Coordinating with Supply Chain to replenish low stock levels
  • Ensure accurate inventory management at the storage shed
  • Pick up local supply orders from retailers such as Walmart or Sam’s Club
  • Receive and unload vendor deliveries and organize inventory accordingly
  • Adhere to company driving standards and safety policies

Requirements

Must have:

  • A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Basic computer skills to record service and communicate with team members
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
  • Ability to lift 70+ lbs, bend, squat, and climb ladders
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Must be:

  • Self-starter and proactive
  • Professional, and customer service oriented
