Die Curena AG ist eine 100%ige Tochter des Schweizerischen Roten Kreuzes und betreibt während 365 Tagen im Jahr eine 24 Stunden Notruf- und Servicezentrale, die auf das Management von Notfallsituationen mit Menschen im Alter spezialisiert ist. Du arbeitest zu normalen Bürozeiten.

Wir betreuen Organisationen, welche die Notruf-Dienstleistungen in ihrem Portfolio anbieten. Diese sind das Schweizerische Rote Kreuz, Gemeinden sowie Einrichtungen aus dem Gesundheits- und Sozialwesen (Spitex, Einrichtungen für betreutes Wohnen, Wohnen mit Service oder Entlastungsdienste für Familien und pflegende Angehörige usw.).

Bei uns tätigst du sinnhafte Aufgaben in einem gesellschaftlich relevanten Umfeld und hast die Möglichkeit, unser Geschäft nachhaltig mitzugestalten und weiterzuentwickeln.

Deine Hauptaufgaben

  • Fakturierung, Mahnwesen, Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung
  • Bedienung von allgemeinem Maileingang und Haupttelefonnummer
  • Verwaltung und Administration von Notrufkundendaten
  • Organisation von Meetings, Terminplanung und Protokollführung
  • Interne & externe Kommunikation
  • Allgemeine Sekretariatsarbeiten
  • Mitarbeit in Projekten
  • Bei Interesse und Eignung Personaladminstration

Das macht dich zum idealen Kandidaten

  • Du hast Berufserfahrung in Sachbearbeitung und Betriebsadministration, einschliesslich Rechnungswesen
  • Du liebst die Abwechslung und Vielfalt, erledigst aber auch wiederkehrende Arbeiten zuverlässig und genau
  • Selbstständige und selbstverantwortliche Arbeit bereitet dir Freude
  • Du hast eine gute Auffassungsgabe und gute Ideen
  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene KV-Lehre E-Profil oder eine vergleichbare Erfahrung
  • Mit PC und den gängigen Anwendungen kannst du sicher umgehen
  • Dein Profil wird abgerundet durch sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse. Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Du bist bereit, gelegentlich am zweiten Standort zu arbeiten und spezielle Aufgaben wahrzunehmen
