Die Rudolf Krenger AG in Wiedlisbach kleidet Menschen ein, die anpacken. Wir sind spezialisiert auf Berufs- und Freizeitbekleidung und beraten Landwirt:innen, Forstbetriebe, Gewerbebetriebe, Handwerker:innen sowie Privatkundschaft in der ganzen Schweiz.

Von der Beratung über die Veredelung mit Druck, Stickerei & Wäscheservice bis zur Auslieferung bieten wir alles aus einer Hand. Zusammen mit unserem Aussendienst, unseren Wiederverkäufern, unserem Verkaufsladen und der NK Workwear AG sind wir ein eingespieltes Team mit kurzen Wegen und viel Herzblut für gute Arbeitskleidung.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du erfasst und bearbeitest Kundenaufträge, Offerten und Lieferscheine von A bis Z
  • Du betreust unsere Kundschaft am Telefon und per E-Mail – auf Deutsch und Französisch
  • Du pflegst Kunden- und Artikelstammdaten in unserem ERP-System
  • Du koordinierst Aufträge mit Versand, Logistik, Druckerei und Stickerei sowie mit unserem Aussendienst
  • Du bearbeitest Reklamationen und Retouren lösungsorientiert

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung (EFZ) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in der Administration oder im Innendienst
  • Gute Französischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens B1 / Verhandlungssicher) sowie stilsicheres Deutsch
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; ERP-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Exakte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und ein gutes Gespür für Prioritäten
  • Freundliches Auftreten und Freude am Kontakt mit Kundinnen und Kunden
  • Interesse an Textilien und Arbeitsbekleidung ist ein Bonus
