Krijg jij energie van klanten overtuigen om hun deelname voort te zetten en weet jij gesprekken professioneel en resultaatgericht te voeren, ook onder druk? Dan zoeken wij jou!

Als medewerker op de Savedesk werk je in een salesfunctie gericht op klantbehoud. Je spreekt dagelijks klanten die al hebben besloten te stoppen met hun deelname en probeert hen te overtuigen om hun loten te behouden.

Wat ga je doen:

  • Beantwoorden van inkomende telefoontjes van klanten die hun deelname willen beëindigen.
  • Achterhalen en analyseren van de reden van opzegging en hier commercieel op inspelen.
  • Klanten overtuigen om door te spelen en betrokken te blijven.
  • Professioneel omgaan met afwijzingen en meerdere ‘nee’s achter elkaar.
  • Werken volgens strikte compliance-richtlijnen, met volledige registratie van gesprekken.
  • Combinatie van empathie, klantgerichtheid en sterke salesvaardigheden.

Voor wie ga je werken?

Je werkt voor de Nationale Postcode Loterij en VriendenLoterij, onderdeel van de Goede Doelen Loterijen. Met hun activiteiten ondersteunen zij tal van maatschappelijke projecten die bijdragen aan een groener, gezonder en mooier Nederland en daarbuiten. Met elk gesprek dat je voert, draag je bij aan het behoud van deelnemers. Hierdoor kunnen deze maatschappelijke projecten blijven worden ondersteund en verder groeien.

Waarom je bij ons wilt werken

  • Betaalde training: Je start met een betaalde fulltime training op locatie in Den Bosch. Tijdens deze intensieve maar gezellige periode leer je alles over de Goede Doelen Loterijen, onze systemen én de beste gesprekstechnieken. Daarna ben je helemaal klaar om zelfstandig aan de slag te gaan – deels vanuit huis!
  • Topteam: Je komt terecht in een enthousiast en hecht team waar hard werken en gezelligheid hand in hand gaan. We ontbijten elke maand samen om bij te praten en even te ontspannen.
  • Fijne werkplek: Ons kantoor in Den Bosch is goed bereikbaar met OV en er is gratis parkeergelegenheid.
  • Teamgevoel: Of je nu thuis of op kantoor werkt – je bent altijd verbonden met je collega’s via Teams, chat en gezellige teammomenten.

Werktijden

  • Openingstijden: 09:00 – 17:00, maandag tot en met vrijdag
  • Beschikbaarheid: minimaal 24 uur per week

Hybride Werken?

Let op: Wil je graag hybride werken? Chat gewoon met je Teamleider. We kijken individueel naar wat kan, en als je prestaties goed zijn, kom je ervoor in aanmerking. Je kunt dan gedeeltelijk vanuit huis werken.

Technische vereisten voor thuiswerken

Om goed te kunnen werken vanuit huis, heb je het volgende nodig:

  • Een Microsoft-laptop of pc (geen MacBook of Chromebook)
  • Een headset (géén oordopjes)
  • Een stabiele, bekabelde internetverbinding

Otis – een ervaren teamleider met humor en energie. Hij weet precies hoe hij het team gemotiveerd houdt, zelfs op de drukste dagen.

Samen zorgen ze ervoor dat jij elke dag met een glimlach werkt – thuis én op kantoor.
