Customs Support Group è il principale fornitore europeo di soluzioni doganali e commerciali che, con la sua presenza in tutte le principali aree strategiche d’Europa, fornisce ai propri clienti efficienza operativa, conformità normativa e servizi digitali innovativi.

Ricerchiamo per l’ufficio di Trento la figura di Intrastat Specialist da inserire all’interno del team.

La posizione è aperta anche a candidati senza esperienza pregressa, purché interessati ad approfondire le tematiche fiscali, doganali e del commercio internazionale.

Di cosa si occuperà il profilo:

  • Raccolta e verifica della documentazione e dei dati forniti dai clienti ai fini della predisposizione dei modelli Intrastat
  • Preparazione, compilazione e trasmissione telematica degli elenchi Intrastat relativi alle operazioni intracomunitarie di beni e servizi
  • Verifica della correttezza e completezza dei dati fiscali, statistici e commerciali necessari alla compilazione delle dichiarazioni
  • Gestione delle eventuali rettifiche e correzioni delle dichiarazioni già presentate
  • Supporto ai clienti nella raccolta delle informazioni necessarie e nella risoluzione di eventuali anomalie
  • Monitoraggio delle scadenze periodiche e dello stato delle pratiche
  • Utilizzo dei sistemi informatici dedicati alla gestione e trasmissione delle dichiarazioni
  • Collaborazione con il team interno e con i consulenti sulle tematiche IVA e Intrastat
  • Archiviazione documentale e gestione amministrativa delle pratiche

Requisiti:

  • Requisito preferenziale: precedente esperienza in ambito amministrativo, contabile, fiscale o Intrastat
  • Requisito preferenziale: Buona conoscenza dei principali strumenti informatici, in particolare Excel
  • Interesse per le tematiche IVA, fiscali e del Commercio Internazionale
  • Capacità di lavorare in team e di comunicare efficacemente con colleghi e clienti
  • Precisione e forte attenzione ai dettagli
  • Buone capacità organizzative e di gestione delle scadenze
  • Capacità di gestire contemporaneamente più clienti e attività nel rispetto delle tempistiche previste
