Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen

IT-Spezialist (m/w/d)

für unser IT-Team Deutschland, vorzugsweise für unsere Standorte Hamburg oder Frankfurt am Main in Voll- oder Teilzeit und unbefristet.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Mitarbeit in einem Supportteam (1st & 2nd Level) für mehrere Applikationen im Konzernumfeld
  • Interface/Schnittstellenrolle - EDI-Spezialist (idealerweise Lobster-Erfahrungen)
  • Allgemeiner IT-Support für unsere MitarbeiterIinnen (Software und Hardware) inkl. Vorort-Support an unseren deutschen Standorten
  • Erarbeitung und Umsetzungen von Optimierungen in den betreuten Prozessen
  • Unterstützung des IT-Teams Deutschland bei der Einführung und Optimierung von Digitalisierungsprozessen

  • eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder Informatikstudium
  • Berufserfahrung im IT-Bereich
  • idealerweise bringst du Erfahrungen aus dem Zoll- oder Logistikbereich mit und bist mit Systemen wie Dakosy, Lobster oder der Azure Umgebung vertraut
  • Programmierkenntnisse sind wünschenswert
  • gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands (1-2 mal/Monat)
  • Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie ganzheitliches Denken
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fachabteilungen
