Zweck der Position / Aufgabenbereich

Ziel dieser Position ist die rechtskonforme, effiziente und termingerechte Durchführung sämtlicher zollrelevanter Prozesse im Exportbereich. Die Stelle ist verantwortlich für die Erstellung und Prüfung von Zollanmeldungen sowie für die Einhaltung aller geltenden zoll- und steuerrechtlichen Vorschriften.

Darüber hinaus umfasst die Position die Kommunikation und Koordination mit Kunden, Behörden und internen Stakeholdern, um einen reibungslosen internationalen Warenverkehr sowie transparente und ordnungsgemäße Zollabwicklungsprozesse sicherzustellen.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Zollabwicklung (Customs Operations)

  • Erstellung von Ausfuhranmeldungen für Exporte aus der EU mithilfe der bereitgestellten Softwarelösungen
  • Erstellung aller erforderlichen Zollanmeldungen und Dokumentationen unter Einhaltung der zoll- und steuerrechtlichen Vorschriften
  • Durchführung sämtlicher formeller Zollverfahren im Export gemäß den gesetzlichen Anforderungen
  • Hafenanmeldungen für Frankfurt ZAPP (HDS, GM01, ASUMA-WKS)
  • Hafenanmeldungen für die Westhäfen (PORTBASE, BHT, WHT, APCS)
  • Erstellung von Präferenznachweisen und präferenzrechtlichen Dokumenten (T2L/F, ATR, EUR.1 und vergleichbare Dokumente)

Kundenmanagement (Customer Management)

  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen zu zollrelevanten Themen
  • Sicherstellung eines serviceorientierten und kundenfokussierten Umgangs mit internen und externen Kunden

Stakeholder-Management

  • Zusammenarbeit mit Zollbehörden, einschließlich der Einreichung zollrelevanter Unterlagen
  • Koordination mit anderen operativen Abteilungen hinsichtlich Import- und Exportprozessen
  • Eigenständige Abstimmung mit Behörden und internen Fachbereichen bei zollrelevanten Unregelmäßigkeiten

Kommunikationsaufgaben

  • Klare und präzise Abstimmung mit Zollbehörden und internen Abteilungen
  • Dokumentation aller relevanten Zollabfertigungsaktivitäten und Transaktionen
  • Kommunikation auf Deutsch und Englisch innerhalb internationaler Lieferketten

Kompetenzen

  • Fachliche Kompetenz zur eigenständigen Erstellung und Prüfung von Zollanmeldungen
  • Entscheidungsbefugnis bei der Bearbeitung und Klärung von Unregelmäßigkeiten in Zollverfahren
  • Verantwortung für die korrekte Ermittlung und Dokumentation von Zöllen sowie Einfuhrabgaben
  • Anwendung fundierter Kenntnisse des Zollrechts und der damit verbundenen Verfahren
  • Fähigkeit, selbstständig zu arbeiten, Prioritäten zu setzen und Arbeitsabläufe effizient zu organisieren
  • Sicheres und professionelles Auftreten gegenüber Kunden, Behörden und internen Stakeholdern
