Die Position

Wir suchen erfahrene und motivierte Import-Sachbearbeiter Zoll (Import Declarants), die in einem dynamischen, internationalen und technologieorientierten Umfeld arbeiten möchten. Diese Position ist entscheidend für die Sicherstellung reibungsloser und rechtskonformer Zollprozesse unter Nutzung modernster digitaler Zolllösungen.

Hauptaufgaben:

  • Erstellung von Ausfuhranmeldungen für Exporte aus der EU mithilfe der bereitgestellten Softwarelösungen
  • Berechnung von Einfuhrabgaben und Erstellung monatlicher Abrechnungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den Zollbehörden, einschließlich der Vorlage von Zolldokumenten zur Prüfung, der Beantragung besonderer Zollverfahren für Importe und anderer steuerlicher Angelegenheiten sowie der eigenständigen Bearbeitung von Zollunregelmäßigkeiten
  • Erstellung sämtlicher erforderlicher Zollanmeldungen und Durchführung aller zollrechtlichen Formalitäten für Importe und Exporte unter Einhaltung der geltenden zoll- und steuerrechtlichen Vorschriften
  • Erstellung von Arbeitsanweisungen für die Abwicklung von Import- und Exportvorgängen einschließlich der dazugehörigen Begleitdokumente sowie Zusammenarbeit mit anderen operativen Abteilungen
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und Beratung von Kunden zu operativen Zollthemen

Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, beispielsweise als Kaufmann/-frau für Groß- und Außenhandelsmanagement, Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Fundierte Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Import-/Exportzollabwicklung sowie gute Kenntnisse des Zollrechts und der damit verbundenen Verfahren
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Spedition und Logistik ist Voraussetzung
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B2) sowie solide Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens B2) sind für diese Position zwingend erforderlich
  • Kommunikationsstärke gehört zu Ihren größten Stärken und Sie haben Freude am Austausch mit Kunden, Dienstleistern und Geschäftspartnern
  • „Der Kunde ist König“: Eine ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung ist für Sie selbstverständlich
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Da wir international tätig sind, sind gute bis sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift eine wichtige Grundlage für diese Position
  • Sie bringen die notwendige Flexibilität mit, die ein abwechslungsreiches Arbeitsumfeld erfordert. Nicht immer läuft alles nach Plan, aber gemeinsam finden wir die beste Lösung
