Būsi datu zinātnes partneris kādai no uzņēmējdarbības jomām un palīdzēsi nodrošināt, lai izstrādātie risinājumi sniegtu izmērāmu ieguvumu biznesam.

  • Izstrādāt pilna cikla datu zinātnes risinājumus - no biznesa problēmas un datu prasību noteikšanas līdz modelēšanas pieejas izvēlei, validācijai, ieviešanai un integrēšanai biznesa procesos
  • Izstrādāt un ieviest uzticamus lēmumu pieņemšanas un prognozēšanas modeļus, kas gatavi izmantošanai, tostarp klientu atsaucības un aiziešanas prognozēšanai, klientu vērtības noteikšanai, segmentēšanai, pieprasījuma prognozēšanai un piemērotākās nākamās darbības izvēlei
  • Noteikt modeļu pazīmes, mērķa mainīgos un rezultātu formātu, kā arī sagatavot analītiskās datu kopas. Praktiski strādāt ar Python un SQL un sadarboties ar datu inženierijas komandu, ja nepieciešams sagatavot produkcijas videi paredzētus datu risinājumus
  • Novērtēt modeļu darbību un ietekmi uz biznesu, izmantojot statistikas metodes, eksperimentus un atbilstošus kontroles mehānismus
  • Sadarbībā ar datu inženierijas un MLOps komandām ieviest modeļus un integrēt to rezultātus CRM sistēmās, kampaņās un citos biznesa lēmumu pieņemšanas procesos. Sekot līdzi modeļu darbībai pēc ieviešanas un vajadzības gadījumā tos pielāgot
  • Būt par datu zinātnes partneri kādai no uzņēmuma biznesa jomām: izprast tās stratēģiju un ekonomiku, identificēt vērtīgākās analītikas iespējas un pārvērst analīzes rezultātus konkrētos lēmumos un izmērāmā biznesa ieguvumā
  • Maģistra vai doktora grādu datu zinātnē, statistikā, matemātikā, datorzinātnēs, inženierzinātnēs vai citā līdzvērtīgā jomā
  • Vismaz septiņu gadu profesionālo pieredzi datu zinātnē, izstrādājot un ieviešot pilna cikla analītiskos risinājumus un modeļus
  • Padziļinātas Python un SQL zināšanas, labas zināšanas statistikā, mašīnmācībā un eksperimentu izstrādē, kā arī pieredzi versiju kontrolē, testēšanā un koda dokumentēšanā
  • Pieredzi modeļa izstrādē un pilnveidē - no pazīmju un mērķa mainīgo noteikšanas līdz modeļa validācijai, ieviešanai, darbības uzraudzībai un parametru pielāgošanai
  • Spēju pārvērst sarežģītas biznesa prasības datu, modelēšanas un lēmumu pieņemšanas risinājumos, ko iespējams integrēt biznesa procesos
  • Praktisku pieredzi darbā ar modernām mākoņvides datu zinātnes un mašīnmācības platformām, vēlams Microsoft Fabric un Azure Machine Learning vai līdzīgiem risinājumiem
  • Spēja būt uzticamam biznesa partnerim un prasme sadarboties ar dažādām iesaistītajām pusēm
  • Pieredzi klientu un biznesa datu analīzē, CRM sistēmu un lēmumu pieņemšanas risinājumu izmantošanā vai finanšu pakalpojumu jomā, kā arī zināšanas par modeļu pārvaldību un to rezultātu skaidrošanu
  • Brīvi pārvaldīt angļu valodu, lai sazinātos ar kolēģiem un vadītājiem Šveicē
