GRĀMATVEŽA ASISTENTU/-I

Šī ir laba iespēja speciālistam, kuram patīk strukturēts finanšu darbs, kurš spēj pārliecināti komunicēt ar klientiem par maksājumiem, un kurš spēj apvienot precizitāti grāmatvedībā ar ikdienas saziņu.

Galvenie pienākumi

  • Debitoru uzskaites grāmatvedība.
  • Ienākošo maksājumu grāmatošana un salīdzināšana ar rēķiniem.
  • Klientu maksājumu uzraudzība un kavējumu kontrole.
  • Komunikācija ar debitoriem telefoniski un rakstiski.
  • Kredītkontrole un klientu kredītriska uzraudzība.
  • Klientu informācijas pārskatīšana un izmaiņu uzraudzība, kas var ietekmēt kredītspēju.
  • Sadarbība ar pārdošanas komandu saistībā ar bloķētiem pasūtījumiem un kredītlimitu jautājumiem.
  • Precīzas informācijas uzturēšana un ikdienas finanšu uzdevumu rūpīga izpilde.

Prasības kandidātiem

  • Pieredze grāmatvedībā un pamatzināšanas grāmatvedības principos.
  • Zināšanas debitoru uzskaitē un maksājumu grāmatošanā.
  • Precizitāte, pacietība, uzticamība un spēja konsekventi veikt rutīnas uzdevumus.
  • Labas latviešu valodas prasmes un angļu valodas zināšanas darbam ar IT sistēmām, dokumentāciju un sadarbībai ar ārvalstu kolēģiem.
  • Labas Excel prasmes.
  • Labas komunikācijas prasmes un spēja sazināties ar dažādām iesaistītajām pusēm.
  • Vēlme apgūt uzņēmuma iekšējās sistēmas un procesus.
