The posting

Misija: Uzraudzīt betona torņu būvniecības dažādās fāzes, nodrošinot atbilstību NX kvalitātes

plānam. Pārraudzīt būvlaukumu un materiālu uzglabāšanu, lai nodrošinātu kvalitātes standartu

izpildi visā procesā.

Pienākumi:

  • Ieviest kvalitātes metodoloģijas un procedūras uz vietas, nodrošinot stingru atbilstību kvalitātes kontroles plānam
  • Uzraudzīt būvniecības apakšprocesu izpildi, kas saistīti ar betona torņiem
  • Pārbaudīt ienākošos materiālus, tostarp betona torņu segmentus, javas materiālus un torņu iekšējos komponentus
  • Verificēt torņu iekšējo komponentu pareizu iepriekšēju montāžu betona segmentos
  • Veikt auditus montāžas un priekšmontāžas posmos
  • Veikt galīgo torņu kvalitātes pārbaudi pirms nodošanas PM organizācijai
  • Identificēt, dokumentēt un pārvaldīt neatbilstības būvniecības laikā
  • Pārbaudīt apakšuzņēmēju izmantotās kvalitātes kontroles metodes un dokumentāciju
  • Sagatavot ikdienas atskaites par būvdarbu progresu attiecībā uz kvalitātes standartiem
  • Piedalīties koordinācijas sanāksmēs, lai nodrošinātu projekta izpildi
  • Sadarboties ar globālo kvalitātes komandu, lai saskaņotu uz vietas veicamās darbības ar kvalitātes mērķiem
  • Augstākā profesionālā izglītība inženierzinātnēs
  • Pieredze betona izstrādājumu ražošanā, būvniecības uzraudzībā un kvalitātes kontrolē
  • Zināšanas par būvniecības tehnikām, materiāliem un procesiem
  • Spēcīgas problēmu risināšanas prasmes un spēja atrisināt tehniskos jautājumus
  • Prasme izmantot kvalitātes specifisko programmatūru
  • Izcilas komunikācijas un komandas darba prasmes
  • Zināšanas un pieredze kvalitātes kontroles sistēmu, standartu un specifikāciju piemērošanā
  • Latviešu valodas zināšanas; angļu valoda tiks uzskatīta par priekšrocību (saziņai ar citām nodaļām)
