Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir am Standort in 78647 Trossingen ab sofort einen Betriebstechniker (m/w/d) im 2-Schichtbetrieb für die Wartung und Instandhaltung unserer Maschinen und technischen Anlagen. Wir freuen uns besonders, wenn du darüber hinaus auch Schweißkenntnisse mitbringst.

Auf diese Aufgaben kannst du dich freuen:

  • Durchführung von Inspektions-, Wartungs- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten an Maschinen und vollautomatisierten Systemen (Waschstraßen, Trockner, Pressen, Sortieranlagen etc.) auch in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern
  • Nutzung moderner Fehlerdiagnosetools zur Überwachung und Optimierung unserer Anlagen
  • Dokumentation aller durchgeführten Arbeiten, Prüfprotokolle und Wartungsmaßnahmen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Prüfungen und Normen
  • Mitarbeit an der zukünftigen Integration von Robotik- und KI-Technologien in unsere Produktionsprozesse
  • Im Idealfall: Durchführung von Schweißarbeiten

Diese Fähigkeiten zeichnen dich aus

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektriker, Mechatroniker, Industriemechaniker, Elektroniker für Betriebstechnik oder eines vergleichbaren technischen Berufs.
  • Erfahrung in der Wartung und Instandhaltung von Maschinen und technischen Anlagen, idealerweise in der industriellen Produktion
  • Kenntnisse in der Fehlerdiagnose, sowohl analog als auch digital (SPS-Steuerung)
  • Interesse an neuen Technologien wie Robotik und KI sowie Bereitschaft, sich in diese Bereiche einzuarbeiten
  • Anwenderkenntnisse im Umgang mit dem PC und den gängigen Office-Programmen
  • Schweißkenntnisse (z. B. MIG, MAG, WIG) wünschenswert
  • Sicherheitsbewusstsein und die Fähigkeit, nach den geltenden Normen und Vorschriften zu arbeiten
