Auf diese Aufgaben kannst du dich freuen

  • Kundenentwicklung: Proaktive Ermittlung individueller Kundenbedarfe und gezielter Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen
  • Effizientes Beschwerde-Management: Kompetente Bearbeitung von kommerziellen Kundenanliegen und Reklamationen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Innendienst, Fuhrpark und Betrieb, um die Kundenzufriedenheit zu gewährleisten.
  • Kündigungsprävention: Zielgerichtete Maßnahmen zur Bearbeitung von Kündigungen mit dem Fokus auf Rückgewinnung und langfristige Bindung der Kunden
  • Vertrags- und Verkaufsmanagement: Erstellung von Angeboten, Vertragsverhandlungen sowie Umsetzung von Up- und Cross-Selling-Strategien
  • Kundenzufriedenheitsmanagement: Planung und Durchführung von Maßnahmen zur Steigerung der Kundenzufriedenheit, wie z.B. regelmäßige Qualitätsbesuche und Feedback-Gespräche

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung
  • Customer First & Customer Happiness sind dein Tagesgeschäft
  • Du hast Spaß am eigenen Vertriebserfolg und schon nachweislich positive Erfolge erzielt
  • Du zeichnest dich durch hohe Kontaktfreudigkeit und eine kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise aus
  • Ein ausgeprägtes Selbstmanagement ist unverzichtbar für die Rolle
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS-Office) runden dein Profil ab - Erfahrung in Salesforce sind von Vorteil
  • Ein gültiger Führerschein und eine hohe Reisebereitschaft in deiner Region sind ein Must-have
