Vi söker en kundservicemedarbetare till Front Office

Vill du arbeta i en roll där service, problemlösning och kundkontakt står i fokus? En av våra kollegor är föräldraledig och därför söker vi en vikarierande kollega till vårt Front Office-team i Norrköping och vi ser fram emot att välkomna en engagerad person som vill bli en del av vårt kundserviceteam bestående av både Front- och Back Office.

Om rollen

Som kundservicemedarbetare på Front Office är du företagets första kontakt med våra kunder och en viktig del i att skapa en positiv kundupplevelse. Du hjälper våra kunder via telefon och mejl, guidar dem rätt i sina ärenden och ser till att de får snabb och professionell service. Du arbetar i ett nära samarbete med Back Office och andra avdelningar för att säkerställa att våra kunder får den bästa möjliga hjälpen. Tjänsten är ett vikariat tom sista oktober 2027.

Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter

Besvara inkommande samtal och mejl från kunder

Registrera och följa upp kundärenden

Ge information och vägledning kring våra tjänster

Hantera fakturaärenden i SF.com och Visma

Samarbeta nära Back Office för att lösa mer komplexa ärenden samt ha löpande kontakt med övriga avdelningar

Bidra till hög servicegrad och god kundnöjdhet

Vi söker dig som

Har erfarenhet av kundservice eller en liknande roll

Är kommunikativ, lösningsorienterad och har ett starkt servicefokus

Trivs i en roll med högt tempo och varierande arbetsuppgifter

Har god datorvana och erfarenhet av CRM-system

Talar och skriver svenska obehindrat (engelska är meriterande)
