Dafür brennst du – deine Aufgaben:

  • Du organisierst dein Büroalltag und bearbeitest die Telefonate sowie das E-Mail-Postfach. Des Weiteren unterstützt du die Disposition den Innendienst
  • Kundenanfragen nimmst du telefonisch entgegen und kümmerst dich um die dazugehörige Korrespondenz
  • Kundenakten werden digitalisiert, Stammdaten gepflegt und Dokumentationen erstellt
  • Unterstützung der Projektleiter bei der Angebotserstellung und Angebotsnachverfolgung
  • Die Terminplanung von Aufträgen und der Einteilung der Techniker erledigst du eng mit den Disponenten zusammen
  • Die Zusammenarbeit mit Kollegen sorgt für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Team

Maschine – dein Profil:

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum technischen Kaufmann / zur technischen Kauffrau oder eine vergleichbare technisch-kaufmännische Qualifikation
  • Du bringst Idealerweise technisches Verständnis im Bereich des Brandschutzes mit
  • Du hast bereits erste Berufserfahrungen in der telefonischen Kundenbetreuung sammeln können
  • Deine Kommunikationsstärke, soziale Kompetenz sowie eine ausgeprägte Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung zeichnen dich als Person aus
  • Du überzeugst durch Teamfähigkeit mit den Servicetechnikern, Projektleitern und Disponenten, sowie eine selbständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und einen routinierten Umgang mit MS-Office
