Nachwuchsführungskraft / Junior Produktionsleiter (w/m/d) Standort Brehna

Was wir bieten

Auf diese Aufgaben in der Wäscherei kannst du dich freuen

  • Mitarbeit bei der Leitung des Wäschereibetriebs (Produktion)
  • Organisation und Überwachung der Produktionsabläufe
  • Sicherstellung von Hygiene-, Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards
  • Anleitung und Schulung der Mitarbeitenden
  • Lagerverwaltung und Beschaffung von Betriebsmitteln
  • Unterstützung bei Wartung und Instandhaltung von Maschinen
  • Erstellung von Auswertungen und Leistungsberichten

Diese Fähigkeiten zeichnen dich aus

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium (technisch oder wirtschaftlich)
  • Erste Erfahrungen in Produktion, Logistik oder Wäscherei von Vorteil
  • Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
