Auf diese Aufgaben kannst du dich freuen

  • Du bist zentraler Ansprechpartner in unserer Reinraum Wäscherei mit rund 100 Mitarbeitenden
  • Der Kunde steht stets für dich an erster Stelle und durch reibunglose Produktionsabläufe gewährleistest du eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Du bist für ein effektives und erfolgreiches Management von Arbeits-, Produktivitäts-, Qualitätskontroll- und Sicherheitsmaßnahmen verantwortlich
  • Du gewährleistest einen sicheren und effizienten Betrieb
  • Du optimierst kontinuierlich die betrieblichen Abläufe, Systeme und Prozesse
  • Du bist für die Budget- und Kostenkontrolle des Standortes (Umsatz und Ergebnis) verantwortlich
  • Du analysierst und steuerst mittels KPIs und ergreifst, wo notwendig, Gegenmaßnahmen

Diese Fähigkeiten zeichnen dich aus

  • Du besitzt ein abgeschlossenes Studium, z.B. im kaufmännischen oder technischen Bereich
  • Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Führungs- und Personalmanagementfähigkeiten sowie Erfahrung in Teamführung und Coaching
  • Du hast idealerweise gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Reinraum und ein starkes Verständnis der Kundenbedürfnisse und -werte
  • Du bist ein Teamplayer mit starken Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Du hast eine lösungsorientierte Hands-on Mentalität
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse und Freude an einer Tätigkeit in einem wachsenden Unternehmen
