Deine Aufgaben

  • Gesamtverantwortung für die strategische und operative Steuerung der Serviceregion Ostdeutschland einschließlich Budget-, Kosten- und Ergebnisverantwortung, sowie die zentrale Führung des Depots Brehna vor Ort (ca. 2 Tage pro Woche)
  • Führung, Entwicklung und Coaching der Depotmanager sowie regionalen Führungskräfte zur Erreichung der definierten Leistungs-, Qualitäts- und Unternehmensziele
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften, interner Richtlinien sowie aller Anforderungen in den Bereichen Arbeitssicherheit und Compliance
  • Analyse und Steuerung der regionalen Performance anhand relevanter Kennzahlen sowie Ableitung und Umsetzung entsprechender Optimierungsmaßnahmen
  • Identifikation, Planung und Umsetzung von Effizienz-, Standardisierungs- und Weiterentwicklungsprojekten
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Service- und Kundenzufriedenheit durch kontinuierliche Verbesserung der operativen Prozesse
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Bereichen wie Vertrieb, Kundenservice und Wäscherei zur Förderung effizienter bereichsübergreifender Abläufe

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Schwerpunkt Logistik, Betriebswirtschaft oder Supply Chain Management
  • Erfolgreich abgelegte Prüfung zum Verkehrsleiter (m/w/d)
  • Mehrjährige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung im Logistikumfeld, idealerweise in einer standortübergreifenden Organisation
  • Ausgeprägtes betriebswirtschaftliches und prozessorientiertes Denken sowie Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Kennzahlen und Budgets
  • Hohe Führungs-, Kommunikations- und Umsetzungskompetenz gepaart mit einer lösungsorientierten und unternehmerischen Denkweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgeprägte Reisebereitschaft im Raum Ostdeutschland (ca. 2 Tage/Woche)
