• Garantir que toda a infraestrutura de redes, banco de dados, servidores, hardwares e softwares estejam funcionando adequadamente, por meio de configuração, atualização e monitoramento dos componentes de infraestrutura de TI, a fim de possibilitar a realização de todas as atividades do negócio.• Prestar suporte técnico, por meio de atendimento dos chamados dos usuários finais, a fim de solucionar os problemas relacionados a infraestrutura de TI.• Realizar a manutenção da infraestrutura de TI, por meio de manutenção preventiva de todos os elementos da infraestrutura de TI, a fim de garantir que todos os processos estejam em pleno funcionamento, com segurança e disponibilidade.Identificar oportunidades de melhoria, por meio de mapeamentos realizados durante a execução dos processos, aplicação dos procedimentos e fluxos de trabalho, a fim de sugerir ações que possibilitem melhoria contínua na Infraestrutura de tecnologia da informação.• Realizar a documentação da implementação dos conhecimentos desenvolvidos ao longo do suporte prestado, por meio de apresentação das informações de forma objetiva, categórica e visual, a fim de criar entendimento compartilhado e transparente de toda a infraestrutura de TI.• Atuar como formador e/ou referência para os demais membros da equipe, por meio de capacitação e/ou orientação, a fim de que todos possam utilizar da melhor forma as aplicações os recursos das ferramentas de trabalho em busca dos resultados.• Realizar outras atividades profissionais correlatas e inerentes ao cargo exercido, conforme necessidade e/ou e demanda da área, sempre que necessário, por meio de treinamento, qualificação profissional e orientações do líder imediato, a fim de garantir o desenvolvimento profissional contínuo a título de oportunidade de aprendizagem e de acordo com a necessidade da área.Contribuir ativamente para o desenvolvimento dos indicadores de desempenho (KPIs), objetivos e resultados chave (OKR) e novos projetos de infraestrutura de TI da companhia.Responsabilidades e atribuições• Graduação completa em Gestão de TI e CorrelacionadosInglês intermediário• Conhecimento cloud Azure;• Vivência com configuração física e lógica de redes (TCP/IP, ranges de IP;subnets/máscaras, gateways, roteamento, topologia de rede, etc.);• Conhecimento em PowerShell / linguagens de automação;• Conhecimento em sistema operacional Linux e Shell Script;Experiência com banco de dados relacionais e/ou não-relacionais (MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, etc.), ambientes de virtualização VMWare, HyperV, etc; Regras de firewall, políticas de segurança e protocolos de compartilhamento;
