Your role

As Enterprise Customer Success Manager DACH, you will be the main post-sales point of contact for a portfolio of clients based in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), throughout the entire contract lifecycle. You will work in tandem with a Cybersecurity Analyst to drive customer satisfaction and focus on business outcomes.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of DACH enterprise clients at every stage, from onboarding to renewals.
  • Proactively build and maintain trusted relationships with your assigned clients, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities while mitigating churn.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the Sales, Analysts, Product & Engineering teams to share customer feedback, identify challenges and develop appropriate solutions.
  • Acquire and maintain in-depth technical knowledge of our products, tools and processes.
  • Establish and strengthen strategic relationships with CISOs and other key security leaders within your accounts.
  • Support the Marketing team by encouraging clients to take part in various initiatives: reference calls, white papers, testimonials, conferences, etc.

Your profile

  • At least 3 years of experience as a CSM or Account Manager in cybersecurity or in the broader tech sector (SaaS environment preferred).
  • Experience with B2B cycles with enterprise clients, working with C-level or senior stakeholders.
  • Proven skills in upselling, cross-selling, contract renewals and account management.
  • Native or bilingual German, and fluent English (C1 minimum). Both languages are essential: you will work with your DACH clients in German and with our international teams in English every day.
  • Experience with clients in the DACH market is a strong plus.
  • Soft skills: leadership, project management, rigor, communication, kindness.
  • Comfortable with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity…) that you already use day to day to work more efficiently, and keen to go further with them in your work environment.

💰 Fixed gross salary between €50K and €55K, depending on experience and the impact demonstrated throughout the recruitment process, plus an uncapped 18% variable.
