Buscamos um Engenheiro de Software Sênior com sólida experiência em desenvolvimento (Back-end e Front-end) e conhecimento de infraestrutura para sustentação de ambientes. O profissional fara a ponte entre o desenvolvimento de sistemas com a infraestrutura para manter a estabilidade e atualização dos ambientes NPR, atuando de forma proativa na resolução de erros , na prevenção de falhas sistêmicas e na melhoria contínua dos ambientes . Buscamos alguém com perfil analítico, visão integrada e paixão por desafios técnicos.

Responsabilidades

· Sustentação e Suporte: Zelar pela saúde e estabilidade dos ambientes, realizando troubleshooting de falhas sistêmicas, de infraestrutura e de segurança da informação.

· Desenvolvimento: Codificar novos componentes e serviços, garantindo alta performance e estabilidade dos sistemas.

· Melhoria Contínua: Analisar, identificar e implementar melhorias nos ambientes de desenvolvimento (TST) e homologação (HML). Atuar na prevenção e predição de falhas sistêmicas.

· Gestão de Incidentes: Apoiar os times de desenvolvimento na solução de incidentes, problemas e mudanças, atuando diretamente em indisponibilidades e falhas.

· Colaboração: Articular soluções com outras equipes (Desenvolvimento, QA e Negócio) e definir estratégias de testes.

· Qualidade: Reportar falhas sistêmicas e elaborar planos de ação para a melhoria contínua dos sistemas.
