Técnico de Garantías

Cyberpuerta es la empresa líder de e-commerce en productos de tecnología en México y buscamos personas como tú, que buscan una gran oportunidad para demostrar sus habilidades y continuar su desarrollo en el área de Garantías.

La función principal de esta posición es la coordinación y seguimiento de los procesos de garantía iniciados por los clientes desde el procesamiento de la solicitud, evaluación técnica y hasta la resolución de cada caso, todo esto bajo normativas de trabajo ISO y en un entorno de trabajo Great Place To Work, lo cual te asegura trabajar y aprender de los mejores estándares de calidad del mercado para así desarrollar tu máximo potencial.

Tu perfil:

  • Cuentas con al menos 2 años de experiencia afín comprobable
  • Posees gran conocimiento de hardware de cómputo en general (ej. procesadores, tarjeta madre, tarjetas de video, etc.)
  • Eres ágil y capaz de llevar varios procesos simultáneos, manteniendo seguimiento puntual en cada uno
  • Gustas de trabajar en entornos bien estructurados y con normativas claras
  • Eres ordenado y estructurado, capaz de mantener inventario actualizado
  • Radicas cerca de la zona del Álamo Industrial

Actividades específicas del rol:

  • Llevar a cabo el diagnóstico de equipos de cómputo y componentes de ensambles
  • Brindar seguimiento a garantías con proveedores y garantías internas
  • Mantener comunicación efectiva, de manera oral y escrita, con clientes, proveedores, vendedores y áreas relacionadas, tanto a distancia (ej. correo y tickets de seguimiento) como presencial
