DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Rechnungsprüfung und -kontierung
  • Erfassung der Eingangsrechnungen
  • Pflege und Abstimmung der Kreditoren und Debitoren
  • Buchung von Lieferantenrechnungen
  • Durchführung des Zahlungsverkehrs
  • Pflege und Buchung der Bankkonten
  • Unterstützung bei allgemeinen administrativen Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft

DEIN PROFIL

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbare Kenntnisse
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Buchhaltung/Rechnungswesen
  • Selbständige und Zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Einsatzbereitschaft und Teamfähigkeit
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit gängigen EDV Anwendungen
  • Prozessorientiertes Denken
  • Verbindliches, zuverlässiges und vorausschauendes Handeln
  • Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
