DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Gesamtverantwortung für eine ordnungsgemäße Finanzbuchhaltung nach Swiss GAAP FER und HGB
  • Erstellung der Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse
  • Verantwortung für das monatliche Konzernreporting (Tagetik)
  • Führung, Förderung und Weiterentwicklung des Buchhaltungsteams
  • Sicherstellung periodengerechter Abgrenzungen und Rückstellungen
  • Sicherstellung des Mahnprozesses
  • Überwachung der Nebenbuchhaltungen (Debitoren, Lager, Anlagevermögen, Kreditoren)
  • Sicherstellung der Abstimmung sämtlicher Bilanzkonten sowie der Intercompany-Transaktionen innerhalb der Unternehmensgruppe
  • Verantwortung für Liquiditätsmanagement und -planung sowie den Zahlungsverkehr
  • Verantwortung für die Umsatzsteuer
  • Verantwortung für das interne Kontrollsystem (IKS) sowie Einhaltung gesetzlicher und interner Compliance-Vorgaben
  • Ansprechpartner/in für Wirtschaftsprüfer und Koordination der Jahresabschlussprüfung
  • Analyse, Standardisierung und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Accounting- und Abschlussprozesse
  • Mitwirkung bei ERP- und Digitalisierungs- und Finanz-Projekten
  • Verantwortung für finanzrelevante Stammdaten und deren Datenqualität (Data Governance)
  • Sicherstellung einer funktionierenden Stellvertretungsregelung innerhalb des Teams
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung des Accounting Manuals der Robert Aebi Gruppe

DEIN PROFIL

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen, Wirtschaftsprüfung oder Steuern oder eine Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter (IHK) oder Wirtschaftsprüfer bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung und Freude daran, Mitarbeitende weiterzuentwickeln
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Rechnungslegung nach HGB; Swiss GAAP FER oder IFRS-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen sowie Konzern-Reporting-Lösungen (z.B. Tagetik, LucaNet, Cognos, Hyperion oder vergleichbar)
  • Erfahrung in der Optimierung, Standardisierung, Digitalisierung und Automatisierung von Finanzprozessen sowie Offenheit für innovative Technologien - idealerweise mit ersten Erfahrungen im Einsatz von KI im Rechnungswesen
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Wirtschaftsprüfungen, internen Kontrollen und Compliance-Anforderungen
  • Sehr gute Excel Kenntnisse und hohe IT-Affinität
  • Strukturierte, analytische und unternehmerische Denkweise
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative sowie eine pragmatische Hands-on Mentalität
  • Veränderungsbereitschaft und Freude daran, Strukturen aktiv weiterzuentwickeln
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Management, Wirtschaftsprüfern und externen Ansprechpartnern
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie idealerweise Englischkenntnisse
