Voor een bouwfirma in de regio Kortrijk zijn we op zoek naar een commercieel technisch bediende voor de dienst na verkoop. Je komt terecht in een technische omgeving waar je klanten verder helpt en zorgt voor een vlotte administratieve opvolging van herstellingen en serviceaanvragen.

Wat houdt jouw job in?

  • Je verwerkt binnenkomende serviceaanvragen en maakt de nodige interventiebonnen op.
  • Je maakt offertes op voor herstellingen en volgt deze nauwgezet op.
  • Je plant interventies in voor de servicetechnieker.
  • Je bereidt bestellingen voor bij leveranciers en zorgt voor de correcte verzending en opvolging.
  • Je onderhoudt het klantencontact via telefoon en e-mail, zowel in het Nederlands als in het Frans.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte administratieve verwerking in het ERP-systeem.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een eerste werkervaring in een gelijkaardige administratieve of technische functie.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in bouwgerelateerde en technische producten.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en Frans.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Je bent administratief sterk, communicatief en enthousiast.
  • Je hebt een volwassen en verantwoordelijke werkhouding.
  • Je kan vlot werken met MS Office en leert nieuwe software snel aan.
