Onze klant is een groothandel die gespecialiseerd is in afsluitingen en tuinmaterialen. Ze bieden een ruim assortiment aan producten voor de inrichting en afwerking van tuinen, waaronder draadafsluitingen, poorten, omheiningen in verschillende materialen en aluminium tuinconstructies. Daarnaast kan je er terecht voor tuinhuizen, carports en diverse accessoires.

Het bedrijf richt zich voornamelijk op professionele klanten uit de tuin- en bouwsector en combineert een uitgebreid aanbod met kwalitatieve producten en oplossingen op maat.

Jobomschrijving

Technisch inzicht én commerciële flair? Dan is dit jouw kans om beide talenten te combineren!

  • Je behandelt Inkomende telefoons (helpen, adviseren,...)
  • Het stockbeheer is deels jouw verantwoordelijkheid, je doet hiervoor de bestellingen, registratie en opvolging
  • Je maakt offertes op.
  • Bij drukke momenten spring je bij aan de balie.
  • Jaarlijks zorg je ervoor dat de catalogus en de prijzen worden geüpdatet
  • Wanneer een afspraak in de showroom wordt geboekt, sta jij in voor het onthaal en volledige opvolging van deze afspraak, je adviseert klanten, beantwoordt hun vragen en begeleidt hen doorheen hun boeking
  • Geplaatste orders boek je in en volg je ook op
  • Dit alles doe je in samenwerking met jouw twee andere collega's, je wisselt elkaar af bij de diverse taken
  • Het Nederlands heb je volledig onder de knie, spreek je een woordje Frans maar heb je vooral de durf om het te spreken? Fantastisch!
  • Een technisch inzicht hebben is belangrijk (handleidingen interpreteren, technische fiches, productkennis,...)
  • Werken met een computer gaat voor jou erg vlot, ook het aanleren van nieuwe programma's lukt goed
  • Een gezonde portie leergierigheid is hier op zijn plaats
  • Je legt gemakkelijk contacten en voelt je goed in een commerciële rol.
