(주)대웅제약 바이오시밀러 사업개발센터 산하 전략팀 바이오시밀러 글로벌 사업전략 및 사업개발 (Global Biosimilar Strategy & Business Development) 경력직

[직무 개요]

(주)대웅제약에서 바이오시밀러 사업전략을 담당할 경력직 인재를 모집합니다. 주요 시장의 진출 전략과 제품 포트폴리오를 수립하고, 공동개발, 판권도입을 추진하는 역할입니다. 시장과 제품 데이터를 바탕으로 사업기회를 발굴하고, 사업성 평가부터 거래구조 설계, 계약 협상 및 체결까지 담당합니다.

[주요 업무]

1. 글로벌 사업전략 및 포트폴리오 수립

- 미국, 유럽, 일본, 한국 등 주요 시장별 진입전략 및 파트너십 방향 수립 - 시장과 경쟁 환경을 바탕으로 바이오시밀러 사업전략, 제품 포트폴리오 및 투자전략 수립 - 자체개발, 공동개발, 외부 도입, 전략적 투자 대안을 비교하고, 제품별 투자 우선순위 검토 - 제품별 시장규모, 경쟁개발 현황, 치료 차수(Line of Therapy), 특허 및 독점권 만료 시점, 개발일정 및 제조원가를 고려한 사업성 평가 - 목표 파트너, 제안 조건, 추진 일정 및 주요 의사결정 사항을 포함한 실행계획 수립

2. 글로벌 공동개발, 라이선싱 인 및 판권도입 추진

- 국내외 바이오시밀러 자산과 파트너 발굴 및 공동개발, 라이선스인/아웃, 판권도입 기회 검토 - 자체개발 자산의 글로벌 및 지역별 파트너십을 통한 개발비 분담 및 상업화 방안 협의 - 개발 역할, 지역별 권리, 기술이전, 제조 및 공급권, 수익배분을 고려한 거래구조 설계 - 한국 등 주요 시장의 도입 후보를 평가하고, 출시 시점, 허가 요건, 약가, 공급조건을 반영한 국가별 수익성 분석 - 파트너 접촉, 자료 교환, 제안서 작성 및 주요 사업조건 협상 - 공동개발, 라이선싱 및 판권도입 계약의 주요 조건을 검토하고, 법무 등 유관부서와 계약 협상 및 체결 추진 - 계약 체결 후 국내외 파트너십을 관리하고, 허가, 마케팅, 영업 등 유관부서와 사업화 계획 조율

[자격 요건]

1. 제약, 바이오 산업 경력 3~8년 2. 전략, 사업개발 또는 개발 관련 직무 경력 3년 이상 3. 수치와 자료의 근거를 확인하고, 분석에 사용된 가정을 검토 가능한 분 4. 복잡한 사안을 정리하고 여러 대안을 비교해, 근거 있는 의견을 제시할 수 있는 분

1. 바이오시밀러 시장 및 바이오의약품 개발, 허가, 생산, 상업화 과정에 대한 이해 2. 매출, 비용, 현금흐름 및 계약 경제성 분석 경험 3. 공동개발, 라이선싱 또는 판권도입 계약의 협상 및 체결 경험 4. 전략적 투자, 자산가치 평가 또는 기술, 사업 실사 경험 5. 주요 사업 쟁점을 대안과 권고안 중심으로 정리하는 보고 역량 6. 내부 유관부서 및 외부 파트너와의 협업, 프로젝트 관리 경험 7. AI 도구 활용 능력 (조사/분석 및 자동화) 8. 영어 능통자
