[직무 요약] Market access팀 팀원은 의약품 및 의료기기의 시장 접근성 강화를 위한 최적의 약가 전략 수립 및 실행을 담당합니다. 정부 정책 및 시장 환경 변화를 분석하고, 이해관계자들과의 협력을 통해 제품의 성공적인 시장 출시 및 성과 창출에 기여합니다.

[주요 업무] 1. 시장 접근 약가 전략 수립 및 실행: - 신제품 및 기존 제품의 급여/약가 전략 수립 및 실행 - 정부 정책(보험 등재, 약가 제도 등) 변화 모니터링 및 분석, 대응 전략 마련

2. 약가 및 급여 관련 업무 - 약가 검토 및 협상, 급여 등재 신청 및 관리 - 내부 유관 부서와의 협업을 통한 정보 공유 및 전략 수립 지원

3. 이해관계자 관리 및 협력 - 정부 기관(보건복지부, 건강보험심사평가원 등), 학회, 전문가 단체 등과의 네트워크 구축 및 협력 관계 유지

[자격 요건] 1. 학력: 약학, 의학, 보건학 등 관련 분야 학사 이상 2. 경력: 제약/바이오 산업 내 Market Access 3년 이상 경력 3. 지식: 국내 약가 및 보험 급여 제도에 대한 깊은 이해, 제약 시장 및 보건 정책에 대한 폭넓은 지식과 학습역량 4. 기술: 뛰어난 커뮤니케이션 및 협상 능력, 논리적 사고 및 문제 해결 능력 5. 태도: 적극적이고 긍정적인 태도, 뛰어난 팀워크 능력, 책임감 및 주인의식
