[조직소개]

대웅제약 임상통계팀은 팀장 포함 10명 규모의 임상통계 전문가로 운영되는 조직입니다. 다양한 신약 파이프라인과 국내·글로벌 임상시험 확대에 따라, 임상시험의 설계 단계부터 데이터 관리, 통계분석, CDISC 기반 규제 제출자료 개발 및 국내·외 규제기관 대응까지 임상개발 전 과정에 참여하고 있습니다.

임상/허가 등 유관부서와 긴밀하게 협업하여 과학적 근거와 데이터에 기반한 임상개발 및 허가 전략 수립을 지원하며, 임상통계 전문성을 바탕으로 글로벌 수준의 임상 개발 성과를 창출하는 것을 목표로 하고 있습니다.

신약 및 글로벌 임상개발 확대에 따라 함께 성장할 임상통계 전문가를 찾고 있습니다.

[담당업무]

* 신약/신제품 및 글로벌 임상시험의 데이터 관리(Data Management) 및 임상통계(Biostatistics) 담당자로서 다음 업무를 수행합니다.

1. 임상시험 기획 및 통계 전략 수립

- 임상시험계획서 개발(임상시험의 설계, 시험대상자수 산출, 통계분석방법 등)

2. DM/STAT CRO 선정 및 위탁 업무 관리 - 데이터 관리: EDC system 구축 및 임상시험 데이터 관리 전반에 대한 oversight

- 통계분석 관리: 통계분석계획서 (Statistical Analysis Plan) 개발, 분석 데이터 및 통계분석 결과 검토 및 승인

- CDISC 기반 임상 데이터 및 규제기관 제출자료 관리 - CRO 및 Service Provider의 scope, quality, milestone 관리

3. 임상시험 결과 분석 및 산출물 개발

- 결과보고서 개발, 논문/학회 발표 자료 개발 지원 4. 글로벌 데이터 관리

- 글로벌 신약 품목 단위 임상 데이터 관리

- 통합통계분석 및 통합보고서(Integrated Summary) 개발 5. 국내·외 규제기관 대응

- MFDS 및 글로벌 규제기관 IND/NDA 심사 대응

- 규제기관 Inspection 대응

[자격요건]

1. 학력: 임상통계 또는 관련 전공 석사 이상

2. 경력: 제약회사 또는 CRO에서 DM/STAT 관련 경력 3년 이상

3. 역량: 데이터 관리, 임상통계 업무 전반 및 최신 글로벌 가이드라인에 대한 이해, 임상 프로젝트 수행 경험이 있으시고, SAS Programming이 가능하신 분
