[나만의 건강 AI코치] 개인맞춤형 해석 및 행동 가이드 코칭 솔루션 복잡한 검진 결과를 쉽게 설명하고, 추가 관리가 필요한 항목, 생활습관 개선 방향, 추천 진료과 정보 등을 안내하여, 개인이 실제로 다음 행동을 선택할 수 있도록 돕는 등 검진 전주기에서 궁금증을 해결하는 AI 코치 역할을 수행합니다.

■ 담당업무

1) 서비스 기획/운영 업무를 담당하며, 건강검진 데이터를 사용자의 '이해'와 '행동 변화'로 연결하는 서비스의 구조를 설계하고 고도화합니다. 2) 다나아데이터의 비즈36.5 / 바이오에이지 / 나만의 건강 AI코치 서비스 전반의 정책, 프로세스, 기능 기획과 운영 체계 고도화를 담당합니다.

■ 자격요건

1) Web/App/Back-office 서비스 기획 경력 5년 이상 또는 이에 준하는 경험이 있으신 분 (포트폴리오 제출 필수)

2) PRD, 정책서, 기능명세, 화면설계서 등 기획 산출물을 구조적으로 작성할 수 있으신 분

3) 복잡한 운영 이슈를 단순 처리에 그치지 않고, 정책/프로세스 개선 관점으로 재구성할 수 있으신 분

4) 다양한 이해관계자와 협업하며, 요구사항을 명확히 정리하고 우선순위를 조율할 수 있으신 분

5) AI 도구를 활용하여 문서화/리서치/기획 생산성을 높여본 경험이 있으신 분 6) 서비스 운영 지원에 대해 적극적 지원이 가능하신 분

■ 우대사항

1) 건강검진, 디지털 헬스케어, 의료/병원, 웰니스, 보험 헬스케어 등 관련 도메인 경험이 있으신 분

2) B2B, B2B2C 서비스의 초기 구축부터 운영 안정화/고도화까지의 End-to-End 경험이 있으신 분

3) 건강검진 데이터, 리포트 생성, AI 응답 품질, 의료정보 등 '정확도','신뢰도'가 중요한 서비스의 품질 관리 경험이 있으신 분

4) Figma, Jira, Notion 등 협업 툴 사용이 익숙하신 분
