[담당업무]

1. 경력 1) 의약품 제조소의 내부관리 약사(제조·품질)로서 관련 법적 의무사항 준수 2) 글로벌 시장 진출을 목표로 대웅제약의 GMP 운영 수준을 글로벌 선진 GMP 기준에 맞게 관리 및 운영 3) Smart Work를 주도하며 GMP Regulation 및 Guideline 준수 체계 운영 ※ 관리약사 수당 별도 지급

2. 신입 1) 입사 후 3개월 인턴 교육 커리큘럼을 통해 생산·품질 전 부서를 체계적으로 학습 (인턴 종료 후 실제 부서 배치) 2) 제조·품질 업무를 주도적으로 수행하며 성장할 수 있는 Career Development 과정 제공 3) Global Regulation 및 Guideline 수행 경험을 통해 GMP 전문가로 역량 강화 ※ 교육 기간 내 동일 급여 지급 ※ 관리약사 수당 별도 지급
